I'm 61, weigh 264 pounds, have uncontrolled diabetes, degenerative discs in my back, fibromylgia, restless legs and severe chronic pain. After reading a lot about this way of eating, I've decided to give it a true attempt. I'm on day 3 of my first week and already I can see such a difference.
