kad70
I'm at the end of Day 6 and just clicked on the little "I made it. I ate clean all day." button on my Whole30 Daily! The PS to the past 6 days is that I found the outline of my face again! I just knew it was there! My face (and neck) is soooooooo much less bloated. Tomorrow will bring me 1/4 into completing my Whole30. Nice.

kad70
Good luck!!!! Definitely read the Whole30 info several times over then read it again. If you've not purchased Whole30 the book, it's well worth the $30. Reading and confirming and making sure you understand it all is really helpful. Also, look for docs to help you with food shopping. There's a few great docs that I've found so helpful. One that was really helpful outlined food additives, what they mean and what are and are not compliant. Get yourself situated with food and planning a couple of days at a time. Take the suggestions of 15-minute meals to fall back on during the week incase your day isn't going as planned. You've got this!
