hi! I am very new, just learned about Whole30 and it is a perfect time to do it as my life just took complete turn and what is not the better time to say that I CAN!  so i probably will be asking a lot of stupid questions.,.. Like, do i need to officially "register" for the program or I can just start it myself? Because I was going to start tomorrow. ...

and, are egg whites out of the box ok?

thank you very much and i am excited to be a part of this and learn from you!

with love,

ioulia

Hi ioulia

No, you don't need to officially register, and yes, egg whites out of a box are fine so long as there are no off plan ingredients added to them. That said - we'd encourage you to eat the actual whole egg here. The yolk contains the fat & all of the nutrients - and both are needed by the body, so please just eat the whole egg.

Fruit is best limited to two or fewer servings a day, always with a meal, not on its own. Check the meal template for more about how much to eat for each meal.

The timeline gives you some idea of how you might feel each day, although it is just a general guide and not everyone experiences exactly the same things at the same time. Being tired the first few days isn't unusual, although if you're not eating enough, not salting your food, or not drinking enough water, that can make things even worse.

If you haven't checked it out yet, there's lots of helpful information on the Whole30 site -- scroll down and start with the What is Whole30? section to start with, or the Need Help During Your Whole30 section has a lot of good information as well.
