yogi runner
I have successfully completed my first Whole30. I had an endocrinologist recommend this program to me to help me reset my body as I have severe endometriosis and was in the process of scheduling a hysterectomy and was really worried about my recovery and hormonal changes. Well, I had the hysterectomy on Day 15. I think Whole30 helped my body prepare for the surgery and definitely helped in the recovery. I did not have any of the common complications afterwards such as UTI, constipation, skin irritations, etc and my healing is happening at a steady pace. I have made changes that I will be implementing from this day on. I see another whole30 in my future.
