OilLabLifestyle
I thought I saw someplace about if you have a high carb meal to keep fats minimal, and vice versa. A high fat meal should be low carb. Is that fact or fiction per Whole30? Thanks! Aviva
Kaelisan
I've never heard that. Follow the template, is all I can say.

That sounds like something that someone who is not doing Whole30 might think and that's partially true... refined carbs (sugar, baked goods, packaged foods) and fat are not friends, but you're not eating that stuff on Whole30 so it's not a concern. Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 1, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 1, 2016 What you heard has nothing to do with the Whole30. I can't say that someone offering advice about how to do the Whole30 did not say it, but they would be espousing their own thinking and traditions.
