Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 2, 2016 The Whole30 is not tied to any particular recipes. You can prepare whatever you like as long as you follow the rules and don't include off-plan ingredients. If you want recipes, my signature links to 400 of them. Lesliechapman00
Google whole30 recipes but be sure to take a second look at the ingredients. Pinterest has a bunch but again make sure the ingredients are compliant. I love the recipes in the whole30 book too! Or hey instagram has whole30 recipe page! madness
I just went with all my favorite recipes that already didn't contain off-plan ingredients or only needed minor omissions. Pulled pork, Thai coconut soup, pot roast, beef stew, chicken chasseur, egg salad, corned beef, etc, etc.
Present4Life
I found this an excellent resource. It's not a recipe, but a plan of how to meal prep for a week. http://meljoulwan.com/2013/12/29/whole30-2014-week-1-meal-plan/
LexEatsClean
I did a lot of Pinteresting when making my meal plans, using search terms like "Whole 30 breakfasts" "Paleo lunches" "Easy paleo dinner" etc. Make sure to check the ingredients, especially if you find a general paleo recipe not specifically for Whole 30 (lots of paleo people follow slightly different rules) Plus I just made a lot of my favorite dinners with two veggie portions instead of a veggie and a grain. Or with sweet potatoes or squash instead of rice/noodles (depending on the dish).
