Tonight I used not from concentrate pineapple juice from Trader Joe's and added a splash of coconut cream and I'm telling you it was so so delicious! Give it a try and let me know what you think. I'm limiting the amount of fruit juices I consume so this was an extra special treat for my Day 3 of the whole 30 challenge. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I suppose a splash of juice to consume your needed (with meal) fat might fly but it'll be interesting to see if it does..
