Snacks!

I'm on Day 4, but it's my first day of going back to very heavy exercising (I was sick last week) and I'm starved! I did my breakfast, pre and post workout snacks, plus a huge lunch, but I'm still hungry. I'm worried because every time I've asked myself the question about whether I would have fish and steamed veggies the answer has been a resounding yes! However, I'm at work and have no more food left with me, what are some things I can have that I can find at a deli or Starbucks? And can I snack on veggies all afternoon long for instance?

If you have passed the 'am I really hungry' test then you should definitely eat.  Mini meal of protein and fat for instance (hard boiled egg and some olives?).

It's hard to say what you can have near you, you'd have to go to those places and ask the appropriate questions.

No, you should not snack on anything all afternoon.  Purposefully eat a mini meal and then make all your meals bigger and to the higher end of the template tomorrow.
