BamaRama
Hey all, I'm on day 10 and I've noticed the last day or so that I get full pretty much as soon as I start eating. Has anyone else noticed this?
Kaelisan
Yes, I have. I also am not feeling hungry at dinner time.
Lo@YYC
I'm on day 17 and feeling the same. Though I've stuck pretty close to the timeline, both myself and my boyfriend have really diminished appetites in the last, I'd say, 4 days. It was like a swing - from super hungry all the time to not really hungry at all! I'm just trying to be patient with it and stay with three meals a day, even if they're smaller, and stick to the template. I'm also wondering if I'm bored of what we've been eating so we are mixing it up this week. Good luck!

Lo@YYC
CKD - we struggled with the same. What really helped, after what I posted above about where I was at on day 17, was to really switch up what we were eating. We made really awesome BBQ ribs and changed up the sides. Are you eating the same foods, or similar, over the past two weeks? It could be that you're bored!
LucieB
I have heard, probably on some podcast, that there is sometimes a mental aspect to this. That your brain is craving your old drug-trip like foods and is putting up a tantrum in the form of food boredom or aversion until you feed it those foods again. Or if you believe the gut-brain theories, the buggers in your gut are sending out "full" signals until they get what they want. I like to think about these things, not sure where the truth is yet. But being that I'm (sometimes) the only rational thinker in my body, I override and make the best decision. Even if that means not eating anything. Guess that way nobody happy!
