Dcpink
I began W30 on May 1. On the morning of May 15 I read probably the only ingredients I hadn't read yet--the one on the back of my pan spray!!! It says "contains soy, milk"!!!! I use it EVERY morning to keep my eggs from sticking. I didn't use it that day and haven't since, but does that mean my first 14 days didn't count!!? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 17, 2016 Soy is EXTREMELY disruptive unfortunately and if it was me, soy is an automatic restart back to Day 1. That said, we're not the ones that say what you do, you do... so read this article and let us know... http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/ Personally, even tho it's kind of a bummer, I hope you do start over... you deserve the full 30 days... sorry
