Honu Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 Hi there, This is my second time doing whole 30, since my first whole 30 I always stuck to black coffee with coconut milk. However, now, my second whole 30 I can't even seem to stomach coffee... Also, this whole 30 process is sooo much different than the first time, I barely have an appetite etc and really have to force myself to eat. Is this normal? Have your circumstances changed? If you'd like us to help you troubleshoot, please post what you're eating, how much, and when--as well as how much water, sleep, and exercise you're getting.
