Roxiek Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 I feel like since day 6 I've been forcing myself to eat. Food doesn't interest me and the thought of eating has actually brought me to tears. I've lost 10 pounds (I know I'm not supposed to know this, but I had to go to the doctor and saw my weight there). Lack of appetite can be a side effect of not eating enough. Your best bet to get some help is to list two/three days of typical meals including portion sizes, specific veggies, protein and fat, water consumption and anything else you think may be relevant like outstanding medical conditions and high levels of stress Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
