1grtRN Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 Started May 23, now beginning my third day. It's a little scary going this alone. The hubby loves his comfort pasta and bread-rich diet. So far he hasn't liked just veggies as sides at night. He doesn't complain but I know he gets hungry later. Oh well, this is temporary and I know he's getting a bit more healthy as a side effect of my program. The headache is already starting too, owwww. I will and can do this, I know, because I stopped a thirty year smoking habit two years ago! Here's to a wonderful day 3 ☕️ A toast of black coffee! Lorelai91 Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 Good on you 1grtRN! Keep focused and rest up. I am on Day 4 now and have had the hangover and alot of tiredness for the last 2 days. Hoping it eases up soon too your hubby will get benefits from the program as you go along and for you there is some great support here! Good luck for day 4!
