Karen_Suep
What else are you eating? Sometimes we eat more foods than we used to during w30 so it's not easy to tell if it's sweet potatoes or a sudden increase in something like eggs or cruciferous veggies
Dcpink
It was just after dinner and dinner was salmon, Banana, omelet with spinach and avocado. And the sweet potato.
jmcbn
The banana (depending in ripeness), the avocado & sweet potato can all cause bloating... They're all high FODMAP.ETA: Just read your previous post asking if you'd eaten too much - again, the banana (depending on ripeness) & cashews are high FODMAP - it may just be that you had a FODMAP overload today so go easy on them tomorrow... Two bananas in one day is enough to make many people bloat, never mind the other foods listed!
Dcpink
Is there a place to find, or a link to this fodmap? I've googled it and I just can't find the info on what it means and foods that it is referring to!
jmcbn
Google Whole30 + FODMAPs and you should come up with plenty of links to old threads where FODMAPS have been discussed. You might find >this article and traffic light system food list< helpful...
