Day 29....forced myself not to count calories but I don't see results!

Your topic is posted. Why don't you describe a few days' worth of food, including timing and approximate portions, water, exercise, sleep, and we'll do our best to help you troubleshoot. Remember this is a food and body revolution, not a weight-loss diet, and while many people happen to lose weight on W30, plenty do not. It often depends on one's health and need for healing beginning the program.

Is there a limit on characters? It keeps giving me "error" page when I try to post today!

 

There shouldn't be a limit.

 

Maybe try a different browser, or at least completely close your browser and restart it?
