Karen_Suep
Corn is negative. It's a grain and is not compliant Potatoes is a more recent addition to w30. It is ok to eat.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 20, 2016 Moderators Share Posted June 20, 2016 Read the Whole30 rules: http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/ Now read them a second time. Now read them a third time. Now you are more expert than everyone on Pininterest. Now read them a fourth time. Now you are more expert than most folks on the Whole30 Forum. Now read them a fifth time. You are really knowledgeable.
Healthy bubs
The answer is now potatoes are included in Whole30. @Moderators: I am afraid this not mentioned in your rules. Potatoes were included recently. Please check them. http://whole30.com/2014/07/new-whole30/
Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 24, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 24, 2016 @Healthy bubs - not mentioned in what rules? I assure you, everyone moderating on these forums is well aware that potatoes are included and have been since July 2014. See the current rules at this link. It doesn't mention anything about having to leave potatoes off: http://whole30.com/step-two/ Could you tell me where you are seeing an instruction to avoid them? laura_juggles
@Healthy bubs The rules that Tom linked to don't specifically say that potatoes are not allowed, so it would stand to reason that, as a vegetable, they are allowed. He linked to the rules; you linked to a blog post.
