The number of times I've said, "Actually, that's a common misconception but a serving of ___ has two to three times as much fiber as a serving of grains do," and am just met with blank stares...it's a waste of my time and energy.

LOL i knoooooooow! SO frustrating! And the whole "but what do you do for calcium" :blink: stare. Then my girlfriend saying she gives her children white rice for fiber. Seriously?!
