AWhite518 Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 I have 2 eggs for breakfast, chicken or fish for lunch, maybe a hard boiled egg for a snack (pre or post workout) and some protein for dinner. It actually looks like you are not eating enough as eggs when they are your sole source of protein should be as many as you can hold in one hand without dropping.
