Day 31...

I have successfully completed my first Whole30.....at the beginning of my third week I started feeling great; tons of energy, no afternoon coffee, etc...the past 4-5 days though I have been so sluggish again.  Any thoughts on why? I am skeptical to begin my reintroduction period feeling so sluggish...

What changed in the past 4-5 days? Are you eating more of something? Less of something? Exercising more or less? Drinking more or less water? Experiencing more stress? Could you have been exposed to some kind of illness that, even though you don't feel ill, your body is fending off? If you're female, maybe it has to do with your monthly cycle. It's really hard to say without some kind of context.
