I have looked through this forum and on Pinterest and there are just too many to choose from! I got some beef liver from a local rancher yesterday and wanted to try it out tonight. They tell me it's already sliced (but I haven't opened the package yet to see what size the slices are). I haven't eaten beef liver since I was a kid, and I think my dad did it just to torture us. I do like chicken liver (the ones that come inside the bird) so if beef is similar, I don't think I'll have an issue with flavor or texture. But I would like to find something that might please an 18 year old boy as well. So rather than a whole list of recipes I'd have to sort through (which I have found), does anyone have a recipe that's tried and true? I'd prefer cooked liver as opposed to pate. Thanks!
