sulphites in Vinegar approved ?

As long as they're naturally occurring, yes, they're fine.

For future reference, most questions that you might have have probably been asked before -- try googling Whole30 + whatever you're looking for, so Whole30 sulphites vinegar for instance. It's often faster than waiting for someone to answer, and google searches seem to work better than the search function in the forum.

If it's in the ingredients, it's added and not okay.  If, after the ingredients list or somewhere separate from it, it says Contains Sulfites, it's naturally occurring.

Good, because I emptied both my red wine and white wine vinegars down the drain last night and used Apple Cider vinegar instead!  Then I got thinking that I might have been able to keep them, but they both listed sulphites in the ingredient list.
