betteandboo Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 I started my Whole 30 on 10/22, and am just now figuring out how to navigate the forum. I'm on day 5 and I have to say it's been pretty great so far! I've definitely had flashes of just feeling incredibly strange over the past few days - feeling flushed and feverish one minute, irate and antsy the next. But it passes relatively quickly, and I've mostly felt better than I have in a while. I made a conscious effort to NOT weigh myself before, because even though weight loss is one of my primary motivations, I don't want what happens or doesn't happen on the scale to derail my efforts and commitment to the program. So, I'm off! I made homemade mayo for the first time today. My first attempt didn't emulsify and had to go in the garbage, but the second time worked like a charm. I had a delicious protein salad for lunch, and have pork in the slow cooker for tonight. I can do this! We can all do this! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
