martymcfly Posted November 27, 2016 Share Posted November 27, 2016 I am almost finished with day 30 (on Wednesday!). I'm feeling good and am thinking about what changes will stick. I have eaten eggs almost every breakfast for these four weeks and after day 30 I would like to reincorporate smoothies. In the past I would add protein powder in particular Raw Fit - this has kept me satiated until lunch. However, I want to avoid adding processed protein to my smoothie. Administrators ladyshanny Posted November 28, 2016 Administrators Share Posted November 28, 2016 I don't have thoughts on how to make a smoothie have protein without adding a protein powder. but whay I will suggest is that you carefully watch yourself when you start having these as your first meal. if you are starving an hour later or all of a sudden you can't stop prowling the kitchen after dinner for sweets, you may want to reconsider the smoothy.
