DMFair5 Posted December 3, 2016 Share Posted December 3, 2016 Today is Day 3 of my Whole 30. I have tried to do this program in the past but was sidelined my "well-meaning" family members. You know the ones: "so you're going to make me drink this wine alone?" ... I feel that if I am more vocal about my plan, I would get more support, but mainly be more accountable to myself. DMFair5 Posted December 10, 2016 Author Share Posted December 10, 2016 I just completed Day 9! This has been a roller coaster. Last night I was at a get together that had an incredible food display. Nearly everything was loaded with cheese or some decadent dessert. And the available alcohol ... gracious me! But I survived. I told myself I was not there for the food or beverages, but for the socializing. I forced myself to be a little more talkative than normal and I think I liked that.
