Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 3, 2017 Moderators Share Posted January 3, 2017 As long as all the ingredients are compliant, it's fine. You shouldn't be drinking it by the glass, but in coffee or in recipes, it's fine. When you're looking at the options, be sure that there's no added sweetener or soy or carrageenan -- those are the most common non-compliant ingredients, though definitely if you notice something else that doesn't seem right, look for a different brand. Nutpods are compliant, although I've never seen them in stores. Near me, I've found some unsweetened Califia Farms brand almond milk coffee creamer that is compliant, but they also make versions that are sweetened and therefore aren't. You'll just have to read labels on the brands that are available in your area. You could also try coconut milk -- check the canned versions like you'd use in a curry.
