SarahF22
Hello, I feel like while I was reading I read that on your first Whole30 you don't need to worry about portion sizes. All you need to worry about it getting the right food into your body. Did I read this wrong? I'm on day 4 and I haven't been controlling my portions but I've been following Whole30 and staying compliant. Sarah
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 14, 2017 Moderators Share Posted January 14, 2017 Sort of, yes. We don't want you counting calories or macros or weighing food. We do have a meal template (linked in my signature below) that is a good guideline for how to balance the fat, protein and veg components. With the template in mind we want you to eat three meals a day that can last you for 4-5 hours without needing to snack.
