sunnytropic Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 I was *not* eating well at all before I started on January 2nd (finishing up day 18 today) and I haven't felt bad all this whole time so I was surprised! But I just guess there are the lucky ones and the not so lucky ones. My biggest issue is portion size - from what I can gather there isn't any ruling around that in this way of eating?
