Some people save it but the trouble to go to to save it, or freeze it or dream up some recipe to put it in is more trouble and effort than it's worth for some weird, slightly gooey tasteless liquid. Codysmom Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 I use Trader Joe's canned coconut cream in my coffee. I mix the liquid with the cream BEFORE putting it in the refrigerator. That keeps it in more of a pourable state. Though if it's cold out, I have to heat the can in a bowl of warm water to liquefy the contents first.
