ellisbn Posted February 13, 2017 Share Posted February 13, 2017 To Whole30ers who make the ranch dressing recipe from the book frequently, any tips on how to keep it thick and creamy? It emulsified properly in mayo form, but as soon as I add the coconut cream and red wine vinegar (following the amounts they specify in the recipe) it turns liquidy. The first time I made it, it came out perfect and I haven't changed anything so just wondering if anyone else's experienced this and what you did to fix it.
