ched235 Posted February 15, 2017 Share Posted February 15, 2017 I'm getting ready to go full tilt into the Whole30 program starting 2/19. This week I did everything but the dairy part because of milk in my coffee and my whey protein vegtable shakes for lunch twice a week. Only a half of an apple.
