Lactose-Free Whey Protein

I'm getting ready to go full tilt into the Whole30 program starting 2/19.

This week I did everything but the dairy part because of milk in my coffee and

my whey protein vegtable shakes for lunch twice a week. Only a half of an apple.

Can I continue to use the whey protein or is it a definite NO???

Dairy is a definite no. Check out the rules linked below, just to refresh yourself so you are prepared going in.  You might also like to check out the meal template linked below so that you can see how it is recommended that you formulate your meals.

Nope. Although it may have lactose and casein removed it still contains.....whey. ;)
