Jamiedel4
I've read so many mixed opinions on almond butter and fruit. My question is, is this acceptable if eaten with a meal? For breakfast I had egg muffins spinach and sausage, then apples and almond butter.
ArtFossil
It's compliant. At the same time, the recommendation is to heap your plate with vegetables and not to let fruit crowd vegetables off your plate And nut butters are not the best fats. In addition, nut butters and fruit have derailed some Whole30-ers. So, it's entirely up to you how you compose your meals. Personally, I followed the meal template as closely as possible. Jamiedel4
Oh trust me I get plenty of veggies. Kale is probably my favorite. I don't do the apples and almond butter everyday just wanted to change up breakfast a little bit here and there.
