Sugar Free Mints & Gum?

My husband & I are getting ready to start Whole30, but both of us enjoy sugar-free mints and gum pretty regularly.  My interpretation is that these will be off limits.  Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives that fit with the plan?

They are definitely off limits. If you need breath freshening, some of the tips here may be helpful. If you usually use them to combat dry mouth, you're better off drinking water. You should aim to have 1/2 oz per pound of body weight each day, so a 120-lb person would want at least 60 oz per day, more if you are working out hard or are out in the heat and sweating a lot.
