Breakfast on-the-go HELP!

I work a 8:00 am - 5:00 pm job so I have little time for breakfast. Is there some recipes for something I can pick up as I'm walking out the door and eat in the car. Right now I am eating a banana and some cashews but I want something a little more satisfying.

If you google Whole30 breakfast to go or something along those lines, you should find past discussions of this, it comes up a lot.

Off the top of my head, frittatas or egg muffins or breakfast casserole or meatballs or salmon cakes are easy proteins. Remember that to make the meals look like the meal template, you'll probably need more veggies or added fat with these.
