Nlstir
Hello! I am on Day 2 and I am trying to grasp the amounts per meal. I am following the 7 day meal plan in the book but am looking at meals to try for next week. On the 'Meal Planning' handout, it says to add fat in the following recommended amounts per meal. It then lists the oils and cooking fats, butters, coconut, olives, nuts and seeds, avocado and coconut milk. Now this may be a super silly question but I need to make sure I am understanding. Is it then saying add say ONE or TWO of these fats? As in maybe you cook your eggs in olive oil and then eat half an avocado for breakfast? I am just trying to determine what is the amount of fat options per meal or snack. Thanks for helping my newbie mind!

Yep! Or mayo in chicken salad with avocado on top... you're on the right track!
