Hbombdiggity71
I make my own beef jerky in the dehydrator. Coconut aminos, liquid smoke and sprinkle with sea salt. Be sure to slice real thin strips otherwise it will take forever. Mine are about 1/4" wide and take about 18 hours to be the right consistency. Guest
I haven't been able to find any jerky that didn't include sugar in some form, but if you find one go for it. I've started eating epic bars instead for a protein snack.
Carol
The jerky also cannot include soy, including soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. I can actually find some locally made Jerky that is done without sugar, but I haven't been able to find any made without soy.
