Who makes Whole30 Easter Ham?

Spiral cut hams require expensive machinery to cut, therefore they typically aren't seen outside of the mass-production environment.

You probably still have time to purchase a fresh ham and roast it yourself.   This way you aren't at the mercy of whatever the commercial kitchens choose to add as a cure.....which could include sugar, soy, wheat, or any of the forbidden additives such as MSG.      Look for a rump, shank, or center cut.  They are all portions of ham legs.

Coconut aminos would not only be good substitute for the soy sauce in Paula Deen's recipe, I actually think they would be a better choice than the soy sauce.
