Hi everyone! I'm new to the Whole 30 and hoping to start next week. I am wondering if all of the seven healthy fats listed on the Whole 30 meal template are mandatory for every meal or can I pick and choose? (coconut, olive oils, avocado, shredded coconut, nuts etc etc.) Thanks!

I don't know if I could make it a full 30 days, but it would be fun for maybe a week to actually try to include the whole list with every meal, since the questions does come up so often :D
