Day 12. Hi!

Just want to share how much I am enjoying Whole30 as of Day 12. I have never eaten so well in my entire life! I live alone and have typically whined that it wasn't worth cooking just for one, so I've tended to default to cheese on toast and microwaveable meals and reserved my culinary chops for company. I have also been a stress eater -- not so much with sweets, but with carbs. No more! Here's a picture of the mango-pear salsa I just made, just for me. Going to have it with some lovely seared ahi. I don't know about the food sensitivity thing that seems to be at the heart of the Whole30 philosophy. What I do know is that I tend to overeat carbs and processed foods. I'm not sure what I am going to add back in, if anything, because I don't feel a bit deprived, and more importantly don't feel the slightest urge to stress eat. Anyway, hi, and good luck to all!
