First timer!

Hi, my name is Bracha. Im planning on starting the whole 30 Monday May 1.. just ordered the book... very nervous and excited at the same time as I am looking forward to some freedom from food obsession and to use that energy to create positive things in my life. I welcome any suggestions for a newbie. Thanks!

Hi there! I am on day 16 of my first Whole 30! Something that has helped me is cooking Whole 30 approved crock pot meals a couple of times each week! That way I easily pack a healthy lunch and always have something healthy I can quickly heat up and eat. I am okay with eating the same thing a couple of times each week! It has saved me for sure!
