Im planning on starting the whole 30 Monday May 1.. just ordered the book... very nervous and excited at the same time as I am looking forward to some freedom from food obsession and to use that energy to create positive things in my life. Susanleasings Posted April 26, 2017 Share Posted April 26, 2017 Hi there! I am on day 16 of my first Whole 30! Something that has helped me is cooking Whole 30 approved crock pot meals a couple of times each week! That way I easily pack a healthy lunch and always have something healthy I can quickly heat up and eat. I am okay with eating the same thing a couple of times each week! It has saved me for sure!
