altyburger
I have been finding a neon green residue in the egg whites when I fry my eggs. I got them at the farmer's market, so no chemicals, pesticides, or preservatives. I saw on another site it could be excess vitamin B-12, but looks straight weird! Any hunches? Please tell me my eggs are okay!
jmcbn
I'm not sure if the green you are seeing is related to B12 or not, but the body excretes excess B12 in your urine so I wouldn't be too concerned so long as you know the source of the eggs & that they are fresh.
