besnini Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Hello Everyone, I am a 54 y/o wife, momma, and Nini to 9 grandchildren. I live in Arkansas, am an empty-nester and I have never done Whole30. I have done an elimination protocol before which showed that gluten and diary are off the table for me. I'm guessing/hoping that is an advantage Sugar is my bugaboo. I have a supportive husband but he won't be joining me. My girls are also supportive. I'm hoping my mom will join me as she has so many health issues. I am very grateful for this venue for support.
