Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 31, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 31, 2017 You can eat them, but sometimes the can be tough and need a longer cook time than the leaves will. If you're sauteeing them, you might throw the stems in and let them cook until they're starting to get tender before you put the leaves in.
