Kasi Posted June 26, 2017 Share Posted June 26, 2017 I've done a dairy elimination diet for breastfeeding, once. And I felt amazing while doing it! I feel like this is right up my alley. No shakes to buy or pills to take, just good food. I'm a picky eater, so I'm excited to try new things, but not excited to feel hungry all the time - I don't see myself really liking the meal lineup, but I could surprise myself!
