Try not to do that too much more... the level of suck that the first week brings you is directly related to how much you binge or how bad your food is in the week or so leading up to the start date... Try and use new coping techniques to deal with tough emotions because you can't eat them on Whole30... we want you to feel them, even tho it sucks sometimes...
