lb97 Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 I've read the meal templates pretty thoroughly and know I should eat carbs and protein after a meal, but how long after that should I wait to eat fat? I tend to work out in the morning, have a few bites of post-WO food within 10 minutes of finishing, and then have Meal 1 between 45 mins -1 hour after that. Am I waiting long enough to have fat, or should I reduce fat in my Meal 1? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
