Stacie0725
I am on the reintroduction of non gluten grains. I know it says you can have corn chips, but can you have corn tortillas? The ingredients are water, stoneground organic yellow corn masa flour, organic guar gum, lime. If it says corn masa flour...that's not regular flour, correct? Also, does anyone have any ideas on what to put on white rice that is whole 30 complaint?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 8, 2017 Moderators Share Posted July 8, 2017 This should be fine -- corn masa flour is a flour made from corn, not wheat. If I were doing plain white rice, I'd probably make a stir fry to serve over it, or you could serve any kind of stew or chili or even a curry over it. If you want the rice itself to have more flavor, cook it in compliant broth and add seasonings that will work with whatever else you're serving.
