Alex D Posted July 14, 2017 Share Posted July 14, 2017 Hi all, I've been taking CoQ10 (coenzyme Q 10) for years after having a concussion and subsuquent debilitating migraines. Does anyone know of a compliant brand? I currently use Puritians Pride brand and it lists rice bran oil as the first ingredient, following with gelatin and glycerin. I am new to whole30 and am having trouble finding reliable google answers! I also take magnesium for this issue but I saw an earlier post mentioning a compliant powder form. Any help is appreciated!
