Melspring Posted July 29, 2017 Share Posted July 29, 2017 Here's my dilemma...I'm up between 0330-0400 and at work by 0500 (that's 5am). I have pretty severe TMJ and am unable to chew until I've been up for a few hours. Basically I can eat scrambled eggs or oatmeal. Eggs would be great but I can't chew veggie's. I'm getting ready to start W30 again and I am trying to figure out a solution. After I get to work I do not have a chance to eat until after 10am and by that time I am absolutely starving. Help!
