Breakfast Ideas

Hi all,

I'm in week 2 of my first Whole30 and doing well, but I'm really struggling for breakfast ideas that don't include eggs!  I like eggs, but everyday is a bit much.  What else can I have that includes protein?  Thanks in advance.

Anything you want!  Anything you eat at any other meal can be eaten for your first meal of the day.  If you want, you could google 'whole30 egg free breakfast' and you'll get a ton of threads with this conversation.

I agree with the "anything" remark.  On Sunday I cooked a piece of tilapia and smothered it with pineaple/tomato salsa.  I made sausage and sweet potatoe hash with lots of other veggies.  It lasted me several meals and was really yummy.  Good luck to you.

Where might I find these recipes? The hash sounds like something I can make ahead and reheat.
