Mandar1101
I have found a lot of the whole30 recipes include avacados. I cannot eat avacados. Its not a taste texture or allergy but even if I eat a tiny bit (pea sized) I am violently ill within 20 mins. I'm hoping once I finish my whole30 I may be able to enjoy avacados but until then ... What can I use as a replacement in all the recipes asking for avacados? Or fat serving equivalents?
slc_melissa
Fat-wise, any compliant fat: ghee, tallow, olive oil, coconut products, olives, limited nuts, etc. If you're looking to replace avocado in, say, tacos, you may be out of luck.
